We at Fleur Fusion take a keen care interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, Fleur Fusion does not offer returns or exchanges.
If an incorrect product has been delivered ( i.e delivered product doesn’t match the order placed), or if the product has genuine manufacturing or quality defects, we will offer replacing the product for the same.
No Return, Refund or Exchange on Customised Shoes.
Clearance sales are final sale. No size/style exchange or refunds will be accepted.
Any issues with any delivered product/s must be informed to Fleur Fusion with 1 working day of receiving the product/s.
Incase of Exchange approved by Fleur Fusion :
The cost for reverse shipping will be borne by the customer. The return date on the tracking receipt be 24 hours from the approval return date. Please send it in a verified courier and share the tracking information with us as soon as possible.
Items for your returns should comply with the following conditions:
Unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.
NOTE:
1) Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions/requirements, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Fleur fusion, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer only.
