CARE
Our footwear is made from the highest quality of materials used in the industry, but they are hand crafted and delicate so please exercise caution while cleaning them. You can clean it with drops of room-temperatureedc water and dry them out.
Additionally, you can buy a cleaning solution from us at an additional cost to clean any aggressive stains. Please contact the team at hello@fleurfusion.in to purchase the solution.
Although the embroidered and embellished footwear have been embroidered securely using age old Indian embroidery techniques, they must be handled with care and delicacy. Please avoid contact with hard and abrasive surfaces.
Hand embroidered footwear are particularly delicate considering the nature of the piece, please do not clean it with any solution and contact the team in case of damage. Fleur Fusion can assist you with the right cleaning technique for the piece as much as possible.
If the footwear is exposed to water or moisture, dry them out completely before storing them back.
SHIPPING
We do our best to process and ship your order within 3-4 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day.

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide to over 150 countries. The shipping rate differs based on the order placed, so please email the team with your entire order and someone will get back to you within 24 hours with two choices based on the country and you can pick the one best suitable to you!
